What A Wonderful World article

I see the birds eating chips while the tourists feed them. Their family looks at the cute birds and tries to hold them. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see a young couple holding hands and walking into the store. They say hello back to me and smile. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see a family walking on the street with their children wearing a Cafe du Monde hat, holding it down with their hands. They are laughing while fighting the wind. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the woman in a wheelchair with her husband pushing her, and her daughter carrying a backpack while looking for a good gift for their family. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see my coworkers and I sharing our lunches. We work hard and enjoy good food together. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the parents carrying a beautiful baby who holds a baby doll and enjoys playing. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the cold wind blowing down to NOLA while people walk around enjoying a good time with drinks in their hands. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the banana man who always stops by and gives me an extra banana when I buy fruit from him. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see one of the homeless men who comes to the store to buy coffee every day. I hand him the oranges and smile. I think to myself what a wonderful world

I see groups of young women who come to our city to celebrate their bridal shower. They are so happy and enjoy good times. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the street musicians perform for coins and kindness. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the gutter punk covered with a blanket and carrying a lovely dog over his shoulders while two hands carry the back pack. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the trash man pick up the trash. I say thank you to him, he smiles and waves at me. My friend asks me if I know him. I tell her that I don't know him but I appreciate him. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I answer the phone and my friend tells me. "I'm so cold and I'm tired." I tell my friend "please be strong and never give up. I will pray for you. We are going to make it." I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I smile and talk to everyone who enters the store. My friend asks me. "Don't you be tired?" I look at my friend and smile. I answer: "be nice, be kind, be friendly, and it don't cost you anything." I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the fire truck and an ambulance rushing to help people while the cars move to the side. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see the NOPD block the street for the second line band with a wedding party. I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see life around me and I think to myself what a wonderful world.
